When you see something that is high in swag, you say 'swag meter' to indicate that the swag-o-meter is going off.

Person 1: *walks into a store and sees a kick ass pair of nikes* "Wow, swag meter."
Person 2: *Looks at the nikes person one sees.* "That is a definite swag meter."
