A breed of crane operator that has nothing else better to do than cry, whine, and gossip about their fellow coworkers. Found normally on a job site in Eastern Iowa, Central Illinois, and Western Indiana, they are a phony bunch that can’t wait to inform everyone they know about your business.

The poor rigger that has chase the hook all day because the legend in the seat can’t catch the load.
