When an person, place, or thing is comfortable or cozy to a high degree.

Like a Cinder coming off a flame, warm and enjoyable.

Example 1:
Friend A: Man I feel so good wrapped up in these blankets reading my favorite book. I don’t ever want to leave!
Friend B: Yeah, you look mad cindy right now. I’m Jealous !

Example 2:
Wow, this room we rented is wonderful. Its so cindy in here I don’t ever want to leave!
