Someone using context. which is an insult or saying you will do something and not pulling through. User of context not thinking there being as Kold as what they are.

Kyle said he he would get Ryan at 5.00 Kyle didnt pick Ryan up. Ryan said Kyle was kold for not picking him up.

Kyle said was it wet waiting as it was raining. Ryan said that's a Kold comment.
