Pocket Rocket

American prison slang. It is a small pocket sized scrap book filled with pornography. When one is carrying multible pocket rockets at the time it may be refered to as a pocket nuke.

The reason Jim is looking so happy litely is because he appearently makes use of a pocket rocket at work.
