The philosophical school of thought in which one knows he is wrong but constantly tries to convince others to believe him anyway. Belief system is founded in pseudo-scientific.

Niall: "Reiki is the best way to solve any problem. Also, I don't think women should be allowed in the workforce."
Deutsch: "You're such a Niallist. I hate Niallism"
