A person who is always zooted, he is a lovely man but has a temper and if you make him mad he will refuse to let you hit his pen. He is extremely loyal to his close friends but is hated by many.

Person 1: hey did you see Nick in gym today?
Person2: Yeah, he was zooted!
Person 1: He always is
