A code, similar to those used by police, to indicate that someone is acting like a massive pansy.

I think we have a 1018 in progress, guys.. that guy over there stubbed his toe and is acting like he's been shot or something.

Last week a friend of mine pulled a 1018 after catching an elbow on the basketball court.
