To accidentally dial someone’s phone number when the phone is in a guy’s front pocket, presumably dialed by his penis.

Girl: Hello? Hello?

Guy: <Indistinct noise>
Later that day….
Girl: Hey, did you call me? I think you may have accidentally called me.

Guy: Oh, I must have pecker dialed you. Or, perhaps it called you on its own!
