It is a term popularized by learners at Delta Secondary School Windhoek and it is a term mainly used in Namibia among the youth.
E.g. " I caught Marlon pulling rounds while he was watching pornography"
a wack-ass name given to a boyfriend by his girlfriend
girlfriend: hey bubbalub! i love you
boyfriend: i love you too
