A woman who commits overwhelmingly horrible acts.

wingwoman

The same thing as a wingman, but for women, as the name implies.

Katie: Ugh, I feel like I'm getting nowhere with Joseph!
Carrie: Well, let me help you! I'm a pretty good wingwoman after all.
