Noun, a lil bitch who comes to a beach town (Breezy Point) with swimmies even thought they are 17 and a T-shirt wearing shoes on the sand, trying to act like a local, even though everyone knows they are a complete DFD,(NB the term does not apply to people who know what the fuck they are doin and go to the beach barefoot/in flops)In Breezy POINT/Rockaway easily spotted by the banana hammock they are donning and or the flailing in the water when confronted with a wave.
