Dirty Burk

When taking legal depostions, you must end the deposition on one piece of damning evidence that shows the deponents obvious history of lying and betrayal. This evidence will leave the deponent and the opposing counsel dumbfounded and grasping for a defense.

When sitting in the deposition, I could not wait until my attorney pulled the Dirty Burk and ended on the email that showed the other party was a total liar and needed to be kicked in the face.
