1. An extremely annoying, inconsiderate person most commonly associated with Harley riders.

2. A person who owns or frequently rides a Harley.

When someone does something inconsiderate, or are extremely annoying you think "Wow, What a Fag" Not Fag as in a homosexual but as an extremely inconsiderate douche-bag
