Derived from the Latin word lukracius dominimus which means ‘heavy drinker’. The name is usually of balkan decent. Luka is known to drink the most alcohol anywhere he goes and can eat as many cevapi as you can think of. He swears and always acts retarded. He is a true Slav and loves to fight ,especially while drunk.
