Dingleberry

When you shit, but you don't wipe good enough (nasty hoe). So the shit gets all tangled up with your pubes. After it dries, it becomes this matted massof pubes and shit on your ass, known as a dingleberry.

Steve spent 20 minutes trying to get rid of that dingleberry hanging from his left asscheek. He should've wiped his ass properly.
