Harvey

A person who is most of the time divided with reputation. Some people love him. Some people hate him but if your in a relationship with him or he just likes you. You'll soon realize he is extremely clingy and annoying. In my opinion I would just stay as friends because he is still funny, smart and caring.

"Yo is that harvey, He's such a goddamn bed sheet, man!"
