A mathematical ratio based the size of the waves in the ocean compared to the attractiveness and the amount of women on the beach. Highly depending on quantity and quality

John: look at the beach! The wave to babe ratio is off the fucking charts. Surf looks like it’s 6 feet and barreling and the women on the beach are as sexy as super models.

Matt: We are so fucking out there brah! Hopefully we can pull into some barrels in the water and then drink some beers and getting more barreled on the land!
