Mald

A word used in order to dismiss someone's valid complaints, usually directed at something the user is overly attached to.

"I'm just saying, the overall quality of the franchise took a nosedive ever since they learnt they didn't have to put effort in to get sales."

"lol, stop malding."

"dammit. you're right. i forgot i'm meant to blindly consume whatever media is presented before me. thanks for the reminder."
