Slobber Bucket

Somebody who seems like there pretty normal but when you talk to them long enough, they seem like a retarded person; almost like they slobber when the person talks.

Bob: Hey Willie, whats 2 times 4?
Willie: Whadda stupid question! Its 44! Duh! Why?
