Slang for an uncircumcised penis derived by the action of pulling back the foreskin literally before intercourse, urination, or docking.

Matt: "Hey YOU come here, are you circumcised?"

Thomas: "Nah"

Matt: "Sick dude, you have a fricken pullback"
