A derogatory term for somebody that is stupid and Asian.

For example: “walks up to an Asian” fuck you NICHE.

Smumpy is a word only used for cool people, it means that a NOUN is bumpy and smooth in the same word. It can also be used as a thought or feeling that means alright and ok. DISCLAIMER Furrys CANNOT use this word!
