In New Zealand the word can be used as the highest compliment in social society. Mostly applicable for males but can have a multi gender application.

Guy 1 and guy 2 walk into a bar

Other variations can be used, such as.
Bloody good cunt.
What a good cunt.
Oooooh he’s a good cunt.
The ultimate good cunt.
Such a good cunt.
She’s a good cunt.
