One who engages actively in hating. Hating usually involves a possibly judgmental failure to acknowledge another person's achievement. This spiteful denying of credit where credit may be due is often the result of bias against certain styles or images.

Hater: Beyoncé ain't that fly.
Response: She is both fine and talented. You just a hater.

Hater: He may be jacked and tan, but look at that hair! What a guido.
Response: He's not hurting anybody. You just a hater.
