How to describe someone who has the potential to be attractive, but only after a drink or two...or five

Steve: "Hey man; what do you think of that girl in the next row?"
Bill: "I don't know...I guess she's drunk cute."
Steve: "Yeah. I could see me trying to pick her up after a couple."
Bill: "Word; after a few Jack Daniels I'd definetly try to get her home."
