A highly promiscuous person who has, unfortunately, contracted and now infected with Chlamydia from one of their random hookups at some stage, but are far too lazy and unfazed with treating their condition and not bothered one bit about who else they may infect along the way... "Clearing The Clutter" can be used as a metaphor, when a person cuts a out a Clut from their life..

"Clut and paste"... Recreating the exact same experience, nothing changed, over and over and over again like a routine, Anytime they hookup. Like cutting and pasting. A routine of repetitious and monotonous bedroom antics and unwilling to incorporate any safe sex practices in their encounters, as well as being unconcerned with exposing others to any STI's they may be carrying...
