A catchall negative term that may be applied to someone in any instance of doin-it-wrong.

i.e. Fuck-up, Idiot, asshole, moron, douchebag, anyone from Ithaca, etc.

That girl was throwing herself at you and you were too blitzed to do anything; you are such a Daniels.
