A major case of diarhea that might not allow time to find the nearest bathroom. See having the runs spelled backwards.

Victim: "If I don't see a rest stop soon I'm gonna fucking snur my pants."
Friend: "You're going to what?"
Victim: "I think you'll find out soon enough."
