A term a white person can use but any other race cannot. It's not a racist word but is used in a context of bad people.
"Mitchell look at that countah over there"
Definitely the most racist word to ever exist. It tips the hard "r" with a more devious "R". It's a substitution word for other races to use instead of the "r" word. It can be pointed at any race. Dark or white, jew or blues clues, a wonder in the sand, or from a holy distant land.
