Black Hot

Temperature when most people are still wearing light spring jackets and sweaters (spring, fall...), but SOME people (usually blacks) find it hot enough to wear flip-flops and booty shorts.

"Dude, is Devon crazy? Look at him wearing those shorts in this 60 degree weather!"

"It's not really cold, it's Black Hot."
