The Oz

Colloquial term used by people in the tabletop games industry in reference to people who pad their resumes, take credit for things they didn't create, and show up when they are not wanted.

noun - A giant turd that simply won't flush, no matter how many times you try.

"So that guy pulled The OZ and tried to tell me he was responsible for inventing Kickstarter"

"Someone just dropped The OZ in the bathroom, don't go in there"
