A meditation technique founded by Adi Shankara thousands of years ago in South India. The practice of mantra meditation develops the practitioner's discernment, willpower, creativity, focus and much more. Through disciplined daily practice, supplemented by hatha yoga and a wholesome & balanced diet, the initiate aspires to develop spiritually, live a fulfilling life and, eventually, realize his or her true nature.
