It means to procrastinate, to put something off until the last possible minute. It can also mean to plagiarize or copy off someone else's work.

Person 1: Did you do that gender studies homework?
Person 2: Yeah, but I completely forgot about it until 2 in the morning, so I khusbu'd it.
