The act of being unintentionally stood up by a pure gold hearted person, who is so considerate of other people's feelings that he/she lacks the ability to say no, and thus juggles various appointments and tasks at once.
Term originated in the London financial circles, between brokers and bankers.

-Person Waiting: Dude, where were you? I waited for 30 minutes and you didnt show up.
-Person who is late: Really sorry, was on my way, but my neighbour asked me for some help, and then asked me to drop her off, and it took forever. But I texted you though,
-Person who was waiting; Yeah, but I had already bounced. You panoed me.
