attendance fraud

When someone marked you absent in class or in work but in reality you were present or you were there

Boss: Ok you guys need to fill up the form for you to get present because i'll not be here
Client or student: (fills up the form)
Client or student: I filled up the form and I was marked absent
Boss: Then it's an attendance fraud........
