A pepperson is just another word for person. It is most commonly used in a negative context for someone who is slightly annoying. It can be used as an insult but it isn't as bad as 'Flabsani'

A flabsani is the most annoying person you could think of. This is the pinnacle of insults and if you are called one ... be scared.

Will: "look at that guy, he's sooooooo annoying"
Tommy: "Yeah what a Flabsani"
