A site designed to have massive lag and down time secretly disguised as a "networking tool".
When the site goes down you may notice all your friends being a little irritable the next day.
This is extremely common in teen girls who find myspace more addicting then crack cocaine.
It's also not uncommon to find these myspace "addicts" staring at a blank screen of thier computer during down time.

Friend 1:Hey have you seen julie today?
Friend 2:No, I think shes back home slitting her wrists.
Friend 1:I don't blame her myspace is down today. :(
Friend 2.What a sad day, about myspace that is.
