The addition of a "guh" suffix to words ending with a "g", normally at the termination of a sentence, for emphasis.

Friend: I'm starving-guh!
Me: An ending-guh? Then stop laying there and get your ass moving-guh!

TLSI

Acronym for "testicle, left, suck it." Both the acronym and the statement itself should be used as a response similar to "suck my dick." If the full statement is used, it must be said slowly and with distinct pauses between each comma.
