This can be used as a noun or an adjective. Used to describe someone who is obsessive and a stalker. They are really apologetic, but we all know that if 'it' happends once, the chances of 'it' happening are are doubled. So watch out for the signs. A Josh will find a way to get to you, so be careful!

Girl "That guy will NOT stop callling me, I don't know what to do about it. I'm thinking about a restraining order, should I?"
Girl 2 " Hun, he is being such a JOSH, its definitally time for a restraining order!"

Dude " I love this girl so much, if I can't have her... no one can. Do you have her new number? She changed it again!"
Dude 2 "You need to relax, what did you change your name to Josh or something because you are oficially a Josh."
