Ride or die

Early reference from Tupac song "Hail Mary." Here's the chorus:

Come with me, Hail Mary
Run quick see, what do we have here
Now, do you want to ride or die
La dadada, la la la la

That referred to sticking with your friends, even though you could get killed, in the high-stakes choices of gangster life. Re-worked today to mean: Your with-you-till-the-end person.

Meghan McCain on twitter: We are a ride or die family. I am, always have been, and always will be insanely proud of my the man my father is.
