It can be a biomanipulation, so that a random sweat occur together with pain, fear and anxiety.
The body can be biomanipulated just like any biological matter.
My body and especially my leg has biomanipulated by a biomanipulator to make me scream soundless.
Microbiological civilization.
Looks around.
Sees weird things in the air.
Eats the air.
Suddenly gets a new form of intelligence after some pain.
