Gozza

A word often used by people who have a low IQ, are obese or generally have poor human skills.

They use the word when referring to their friends but all their friends just roll their eyes and feel sorry for the small brain they have.

Low IQ friend: You're such a fucking Gozza!
Normal friend: *Rolls eyes*. Ok mate. (Proceeds to bang against wall and wonder why he continues to associate with this poor excuse for a human being)
