When you take so much speed that when you check your pants you realize you've slowly been jizzing in them.

Chuck: Hey, Rob, what's with that huge stain on your groin?
Robert: I snorted so many amphetamines I've been spizzing all day!
Rob: What is this 'spizzing' you speak of?
Chuck: Discharging in my pants abundantly, of course.
