A woman, typically a mother, who is a hardcore Christian/Catholic. These people are generally disliked by others, due to being stubborn and ignorant.

Joe: "I grew up in a very catholic household, and I had a bad relationship with my mother."

Jack: "growing up with the Pope's Whore must've been awful man."
