Used to define a person of the female gender who is triflin.

Can be used as a verb or noun

Example 1 : " That hoe be workin' all up on my man, she be so nat-lib "

Example 2 : " Yo, that girl's still there on that street corner, she be nat-libin' all night fo that dolla"
