Oliver. A blonde, tall, womanizer who's up himself. That guy that's always there. Not in a good way but just always there.
He's extremely talkitive, it's kinda annoying but you get used to it. Anyways, that's an Oliver.

Person 1: "I'm trying to talk to my friend."
Oliver: "So how are you doing?"
