slang for "dirk wad" or "ass hole". Frequently used in the praries of Canada and the United States. Very mean and should not be used unnecessarily

Bob: "OMG Mandy you slept with my brother!?!? You are SUCH a derk hole!!!"

Mandy: "I know, I'm sorry. I'll never contact you again."
