a person that a rude, and sometimes petty. they mistreat you and others around you

example :

Me: I don't like Saphira, she's mean and toxic sometimes, but denys it
Friend : If i were you id already leave her, she seems pretty toxic dude

Toxic Friend: Why do you always turn everything on me! Its not even my fault. ARE YOU TOO DUMB TO REALIZE THAT ITS NOT MY FAULT, AND THAT YOU ALWAYS BLAME EVERYTHING ON ME
