Slang for Cocaine.
It was used by Jackass Steve-O when he claimed that Lindsay Lohan once stole a bag of cocaine from him.

"Lindsay had left her wallet in my bathroom and she came back to my place to get it and while she was there she took a Boog Suge home with her too."
