Great extemper Syndrome
It is basically the same thing as Great Debater Syndrome. It's the syndrome when girls decide boys are much cuter because they are good at extemp.

Friend 1: If a girl gets GES for you, will she still be calling your best friend to set up dates and stuff?
Friend 2: I am a great extemper
Friend 1: Well at least you wont have to worry about that for a while.
Friend 2: Shut up, or I'll pop a cap in yo' ***.
Friend 1: Quit being gansta and should get a phone. Seriously.
